The Chair of IPBES in a letter dated 5 February 2015 has called for nominations for experts for:

1) the regional and sub-regional assessment of biodiversity and ecosystem services (Deliverable 2b);

2) the thematic assessment of land degradation and restoration (Deliverable 3bi);

3) the scoping for a global assessment of biodiversity and ecosystem services. Interested experts (Nominees) are requested to fill out their application on-line no later than 31 March 2015. Nominators (governments or organisations) should submit approved applications by 5 April 2015. All necessary information related to the nomination procedure can be found in the letter and in the application form.
